Back to School Lunches – Pasta Salad♡

Hey Guys! It’s Shania here, back with another Back to School post! This is my last one, sadly, because I just really want this to get done quick(even though my school starts on Aug. 14th,) because I have a lot of exciting posts coming up!

Today I am going to be sharing with you guys a super easy pasta salad. You can boil everything the night before then just toss em’ together and add some dressing! Easy as that.  Let’s get started!

**Full Recipe down below**

I just really wanted to talk about ingredients before, (even though there are only 3) so yeah.

So for the salad part of the pasta salad, I am going to use a vegetable medley.

This medley is from Costco. I love this medley because it cooks really fast, and the vegetables taste amazing! It comes with beans, corn, carrots, and edamame.

I love using Barilla whole grain pasta for a number of reasons. First of all, their pasta’s are so easy and quick to cook, I just love it. Secondly, they have whole grain options which I think is great. I use to eat white bread toast every single morning around a year ago and I constantly had stomach problems. Now, I eat whole wheat bread and whole grain pasta, but I can still eat a little bit of white bread.

For my dressing, I decided to use an Organic Balsamic Vinaigrette. I love this and it just tastes so good with my pasta salad.

Pasta Salad

  • Whole Grain Pasta
  • Vegtable Medley
  • Balsamic Vinagrette(Optional)

1.Boil both Pasta and Medley according to directions
2.Drain both and run under cool water
3.Mix the Pasta and Medley in a large bowl adding a little bit of vinagrette
4.Eat immediatly and enjoy

Anyways, I really hope that you guys enjoyed this post! Bye!♡
